About the speaker

Employees don't leave only because of salary: companies often fail to see their career expectations, signs of burnout, and potential for further development. As a result, strong specialists lose motivation, and managers notice the risk of resignation too late.

Oksana Debolskaya is an HR specialist, psychologist and career consultant for executives. For over 15 years she has worked in Russian and international companies; since 2014 she has been consulting clients on career development and annually conducts at least 500 hours of career dialogues and coaching sessions.

In her talks, Oksana covers career paths, employee retention and development, burnout and potential assessment. She helps connect HR tasks with business psychology and shows how to evaluate managerial and leadership competencies.

Oksana teaches at the School of Career Management, is a board member of the Association of Career Consultants, and has spoken at Career Forum, the HeadHunter conference and PiR: Development Practices. Formats: report, master class or lecture for a conference, forum, strategy session and corporate training. Moscow, travel to other cities and online.
