Accademia del Gusto

Culinary studio Accademia del Gusto is a space in the center of Moscow, a couple of minutes from Belorusskaya, where instead of a stage and banquet tables, the kitchen becomes the center of attention. There is no office meeting room smell here: a lively space with professional equipment, adjustable lighting and an atmosphere in which guests quickly stop being shy and start tasting, cutting, stirring and socializing.

The studio has two halls with professional equipment — seating for 25 and 70, and the venue accommodates up to 80 people in total. Banquet seating — up to 60 guests, for a buffet the maximum capacity is available. Tables transform to the desired format, there is a projector, screen, microphones, flipchart, air conditioner, refrigerator and microwave, as well as dishes and utensils. You can connect your own equipment — there is enough power.

The venue is well-suited for culinary master classes, team-building with cooking, presentations, food shoots and parties: you can make noise even after 23:00, which is rare for the center. Catering — either catering or you cook yourself on site, alcohol — bring your own, with a corkage fee. Turnkey organization and cleaning take away everyday worries, and the proximity to the metro and central location make entry and logistics easy for guests.
