MSK PLACE — Cactus loft

The two-level Cactus loft in the creative cluster Basmanny Dvor is 140 m² in the style of a New York studio apartment. Brick, dark wood, concrete and five-meter ceilings create an atmosphere that is easy to customize: the light here is controlled by voice, each lamp changes color and brightness. On the first floor — an open kitchen with a bar counter, on the second — a lounge with soft sofas.

Just two floors: 110 m² downstairs and 30 m² upstairs, plus two restrooms. A banquet can accommodate up to 80 people here. Equipment includes a flipchart, three air conditioners, a TV, a microwave, a refrigerator, a dishwasher, and a drinking water tap. There are speakers with a mixer and light music, karaoke with two microphones and a projector. You can make noise even after 11:00 PM, and hookahs are not prohibited.

The venue works equally well for a business seminar and a noisy party. Catering is flexible: you can order catering, cook yourself in the kitchen, or bring food and alcohol with you. Guests note that it's warm in winter and cool in summer. The entrance is convenient, and an administrator accompanies you until the start of the event.
