MSK PLACE — Candy Loft

The Candy Loft space on Baumanskaya is a bright two-level hall of 120 square meters, where brick walls coexist with pastel pink and blue accents. A huge chandelier, large windows, and sofas create a festive atmosphere, while the smart home system allows you to change the color and brightness of each light bulb by voice. Here it's easy to forget about the gray routine: light music, a bar counter with a wet point, and a veranda with barbecue set the mood from the threshold.

The venue is divided into two floors — 75 and 45 meters with 5-meter ceilings. Banquet seating accommodates up to 60 guests, with even more space for a buffet or party. The rental already includes 50 chairs, five banquet tables, a Samsung speaker, a disco light, a refrigerator, a microwave, a dishwasher, and board games. There is a flipchart, three air conditioners, karaoke with two microphones and a projector, and hookah with bowls. You can order from the kitchen menu or bring your own food, the bar is open, and you are allowed to bring your own alcohol.

Candy Loft is perfect for a corporate event, banquet, conference, or noisy party — you can officially make noise after 11:00 PM here. The venue sits in an art space with bars and cafes, which is convenient for guests. There is no corkage fee, an administrator accompanies you before and after the event, and the hall is warm in winter and cool in summer, making the event comfortable in any season.
