MSK PLACE — Simple loft

Designer loft on Baumanskaya — bright, with a smart home and customizable lighting, where each lamp changes color and brightness. In winter it's warm from central heating, in summer it's cool thanks to the air conditioner. The atmosphere is conducive to both a business meeting and a noisy party.

The main hall of 70 m² and a separate banquet room of 30 m² accommodate up to 50 people, 40 guests can comfortably sit at banquet tables. There is a flipchart, audio system, light music, refrigerator, microwave, oven, and drinking water tap. A separate pride — a spacious veranda with a grill and a poker table.

Any format works: conference, banquet, corporate event, or party — you can make noise even after 11 PM. The kitchen with a wet point allows you to cook yourself or bring in catering, and you can also bring your own alcohol.
