MSK PLACE — Loft "Mira"

The "Mira" space is a bright two-story hall of 110 square meters in the MSK PLACE art space, where designer details from around the world come together to create a festive atmosphere. Adjustable lighting and neon illumination turn every corner into a ready-made decoration — guests constantly take out their phones. Five-meter ceilings provide air even for dense seating, while central heating and two air conditioners maintain a comfortable temperature in any season.

The main space occupies the first floor, while the second floor has a small area of 10 square meters. The large banquet table seats up to 50 people — this is the maximum capacity of the venue, and it is also comfortable for a buffet and party. The rental already includes 50 chairs, eight banquet tables, dishes and cutlery, professional speakers with a mixer, light and music equipment, and a clicker. There is a bar counter with a wet point, a refrigerator, a microwave, a dishwasher, and a drinking water tap. For business sessions, a magnetic marker flipchart is useful, and for entertainment — board games, karaoke, a projector, PlayStation, and hookahs.

The venue is perfect for a corporate event, a conference, or a noisy party: after 23:00, you don't have to lower the volume here. Catering is flexible — our own catering service is available, but you can bring your own food and drinks, and a bartender is in charge of the bar. Guests are welcomed by a separate entrance in a Class B building, seven minutes to the metro, and two minutes to the Third Ring Road. Two private restrooms and an administrator's support from booking to the end save you from unnecessary hassle.
