Dobrolyubov Art

Dobrolyubov Art is a creative space of 150 square meters, where the industrial character of a former loft combines the functions of a game room and a concert hall. High four-meter ceilings, professional light, and an atmosphere of freedom make the venue resemble a workshop of ideas: it is equally suitable for rehearsing, recording videos, or throwing a noisy party.

The space easily transforms for various tasks: the hall accommodates up to 90 people, banquet seating and theater format are designed for 45 guests. Equipment includes a mixing console, microphones, drum kit, karaoke, smoke machine, projector, and PlayStation with projection on a large screen. There is air conditioning, lighting for photo and video, a shower, refrigerator, and microwave. A separate pride is the ability to drive a car directly inside the venue.

For corporate events, the venue is convenient with rare freedom: you can cook yourself in the equipped kitchen, invite catering, or bring food and drinks with you. Noise is allowed even after 23:00, so the party won't be interrupted at the most interesting moment. Guests are greeted by an electronic lock, and hookahs add a relaxed note to the evening.
