Chefs Lab

Chefs Lab is not a banquet hall in the usual sense, but a real culinary studio spanning 420 square meters in the center of Moscow. The space is lively and functional: it smells of food, professional equipment is on the tables, and the atmosphere is more reminiscent of a chef's workshop than a prim restaurant. At the same time, guests are welcome here: there is a reception, a separate entrance, and everything to feel at ease, rather than "visiting in the kitchen".

Inside there are two separate halls that can be combined or divided by glass partitions. The banquet seating accommodates 40 people, theater seating — 50, and the maximum capacity of the venue is 90 guests. Есть 24 индивидуальные поварские станции для мастер-классов и баттлов, зона «Лаборатория шефа» для дегустаций и камерный Chef's Table на 6–8 человек с открытой кухней. Equipment includes microphones and sound system, a podium, TV, flipchart, air conditioning, and lighting for photo and video shooting, plus a shower.

The venue is perfect for corporate events with a culinary twist, team building, presentations, gastronomic dinners, and content shoots. Catering is flexible: you can hire catering, cook yourself in the professional kitchen, or bring your own food; alcohol is also allowed. Noise doesn't bother anyone — the space is separate, with its own entrance, and guests do not cross paths with outsiders.
