SoldOut Loft

SoldOut Loft is a space in the building of a former factory from 1914, where old brickwork coexists with glass and minimalist decor. Large windows provide plenty of light, while high ceilings and an open layout create a sense of air. There is no pomp or unnecessary details here — the atmosphere is rather working and at the same time cozy, with sofas for relaxation and a bar counter in the center.

The 175-square-meter hall can easily be divided into zones for different purposes. A seated banquet can comfortably accommodate up to 50 people, while in a cocktail or party format, the venue hosts up to 90 guests. Equipment includes a flipchart, air conditioning, refrigerator, and microwave; there is a dressing room with mirrors and a reception desk. Organization can be turnkey, and for food, you can either bring in catering or bring your own, including drinks: a bartender is provided, but your own alcohol is also allowed.

The venue is well-suited for corporate events, conferences, seminars, presentations, and parties — you can make noise even after 23:00. It's convenient for guests: a separate entrance, parking nearby, and just a three-minute walk from Elektrozavodskaya metro station. Pets are also welcome — if you're planning an event with animals, it won't be a problem.
