Sobytie Space

The "Event" space on Taganka is a hall on the ground floor of a 19th-century historic building with a separate entrance. Inside — 150 square meters with an L-shaped layout, convenient for dividing into zones: for example, allocate one part for welcome, and the other — for the main program. High three-meter ceilings, sofas, a bar counter, and a stage create an atmosphere where both a business suit and an evening dress are equally appropriate.

Seated, the hall accommodates up to 70 guests in theater format and up to 50 at banquet tables, while a reception hosts up to 90 people. Equipment includes a video wall, microphones with acoustics, projection and lighting equipment, a flipchart, a TV, and air conditioning. There's karaoke and light music, so the formal part easily flows into the informal. Organization can be taken turnkey.

The venue is well-suited for corporate events, conferences, presentations, team building, and parties. The kitchen is in-house, but outside catering is allowed, as are bring-your-own drinks—with a corkage fee or a bartender. You can make noise even after 23:00, which is rare for the center. A separate entrance allows guests to come and go without crossing paths with other visitors to the building.
