About the venue

New Holland Loft (the «33 Loft» venue) is an atmospheric space in the very heart of the city, right at the entrance to New Holland Island. Brick walls, soft lighting and thoughtful design create a textured backdrop that looks great in photos and videos. There is no oppressive pomp here — rather the feel of a free, warm and slightly brutal living room where you want to mingle, dance and relax.

The hall area is 135 m² with 2-meter ceilings. Up to 150 people can gather here at most, and the banquet seating is designed for 80 guests. The equipment includes air conditioning, lighting for photo and video shooting, a bar counter, a stage and light-and-music equipment. There is a refrigerator and a microwave, and the event can be organized turnkey. Catering is available, and you can also bring your own food. A bartender works behind the bar, and your own alcohol is allowed too.

The venue is versatile: a corporate event, banquet, conference or a loud party — everything fits. There are no noise restrictions, so music, karaoke and dancing won't disturb the neighbors. It is convenient for guests: the entrance is next to New Holland, there is parking, and a flexible kitchen area and free access to drinks spare you extra hassle and hidden fees.
