About the venue

The Monferran Ballroom is the main hall of the Four Seasons Lion Palace hotel, a five-star hotel in a 19th-century palace next to St. Isaac's Cathedral. The hall is named after the architect who built the famous House with Lions, and is renowned for its high ceilings, crystal chandeliers, and a spectacular descending staircase.

The hall seats up to 180 people in theater style, 130 in classroom style, 150 guests for a banquet, 42 in a U-shape, and 50 around the perimeter. It features a built-in screen and projector, mobile stage blocks and a dance floor, high-speed internet, and a foyer. Adjacent to the hall is Triscorni — a convenient place for a welcome cocktail.

Monferran is designed for weddings, anniversaries, gala dinners, and conferences: the hotel hosts business events for up to 200 participants. The hotel's chefs create the menu for the event, and the events department team handles live music and technical aspects. Guests can be accommodated in the palace's rooms, and it's just a few minutes' walk to Admiralteyskaya metro station.
