PVZ

PVZ is a concert venue in the center of Saint Petersburg, inside the Lennauchfilm art cluster. It is a former factory, and its character shows in everything: brick, 4.5 meter high ceilings, honest industrial texture. The atmosphere is more club than office — a stage, lights and music, an eight-meter bar counter.

The space is divided into zones. The Boiler hall is a dance floor with a 3×6 meter stage, professional sound and concert lighting. The Neon hall, with neon lighting and a long bar counter, is ideal for cocktail formats. In total, 250 m² and up to 250 guests; up to 150 people can be seated banquet-style. Plus a green room, coat check, kitchen, storage rooms and corridors with lounge areas.

Almost everything is convenient here for a corporate event: you can hold a conference, banquet or party all in one day. A bar with a bartender is open, catering and hookahs are available, and you can cook yourself or bring your own. Noise after 23:00 is allowed — the territory is private, so there will be no complaints. The entrance is from the street, Ploshchad Aleksandra Nevskogo metro is nearby, and there is somewhere to park.
