About the venue

The all-season Igora resort is 54 km from Saint Petersburg, in the Priozersk District of the Leningrad Oblast. It is a large countryside area with a lake, forest and sports infrastructure, where a corporate event easily becomes a full outing in nature: in summer — a beach, open heated pools and a wake park, in winter — ten ski slopes and a cross-country ski track.

The Ice Palace holds more than 1000 people: a 26×56 m arena with stands for 500, locker rooms, a referee room, a commentator booth and a scoreboard with timing, plus a gym with training equipment and a throwing zone. Banquets here are set for up to 600 guests, standing receptions for up to 950. The 413 m² Olympic conference hall takes up to 350 people, and the resort's conference venues up to 950. There is a Grand Cafe for 200, a Bistro for 230 (buffet-style for large groups), a panoramic restaurant for 180, Le Chalet for 90 and Favorit for 150; in summer a lakeside marquee and the Ski Bar terrace for up to 100 are added. Eight dining points in total.

Besides the ice rink and conference halls, there are fields for football, volleyball, basketball, tennis, beach football and beach volleyball, a spa with a 25×10 m pool, an 850 m trolley track, paintball, laser tag, biathlon by reservation, an 8-lane bowling alley and curling. Participants can stay in a 47-room hotel, a 20-apartment apart-hotel, 26 cottages and the 100-room hotel "Igora. Four Seasons". Own parking on site.
