Company values don't work on their own: employees may not understand their meaning, and the external brand image may diverge from what happens inside. In her talk, Alla Guzova explores how to connect the corporate brand, HR brand, internal communications and company culture.

Alla Guzova is a strategic director, expert in corporate brand, communications and innovation. She has 20 years in communications, 13 years in IT, 10 years in management, and 8 years in branding. She holds an MBA from the University of Nottingham and has experience creating two of her own startups.

The audience receives a practical analysis of the company's values and culture, team engagement, research, leadership, management and product startups. Alla's topics include why values projects fail and how HR can influence this, as well as modern leadership tools.

Alla teaches and mentors at ITMO, has spoken at HR API 2024 in St. Petersburg, the Merge IT conference and the Baltic Business Forum 2026 in Svetlogorsk.
