IT speaker Ilya Prakht

The team is growing, but management remains at the level of personal agreements: managers are overloaded, expectations diverge, and decisions slow down development. Ilya Prakht helps to understand IT team management and build a workable leadership system.

Ilya is a technology consultant to executives, trainer and mentor from Saint Petersburg. Over 14 years in IT, he has gone from junior developer to company leader. He has worked as CTO, COO, CPO and CEO in various IT companies.

During the presentation, participants discuss leadership, team and expectation management, development of team leads, development managers, project and product managers. Ilya leads corporate programs for OZON, Alfa-Bank, VK, Yandex, X5, Bauman Moscow State Technical University and Goznak, and also speaks at professional IT events.

Ilya will deliver a talk, master class or training in Saint Petersburg; travel to other cities and online format are possible. The topic can be adapted to the tasks of the team, managers and the entire organization.
