About the speaker

When a team loses energy, leaders face burnout, tension, and resistance to change. Against this backdrop, it becomes harder to maintain motivation, focus, and work rhythm. Anna Obukhova explains how stress affects the brain, decisions, and how people interact within a company.

Anna Obukhova is an agile coach and a partner at ScrumTrek. She has been in Agile since 2004: she went from tester and Scrum Master to portfolio manager of more than 100 programs at an international bank, and worked in Stockholm and London. She holds an MBA from Manchester Business School and a master's degree in applied neuroscience.

In her presentations, Anna combines business psychology, leadership, management, HR and corporate culture. Topics include leader and team energy, burnout, stress and the brain, team motivation, change management and helping people during times of change. The CBES model may be used in the program.

Anna speaks in Saint Petersburg, travels to other cities, and conducts online events. Formats include a report, a 1–2 hour lecture, a training session, a master class, and an interactive workshop for a conference, forum, strategy session, corporate training, or off-site team event.
