Strategy session moderator Evgeny Orlan

A strategic session can turn into a long discussion: participants talk about different things, decisions are postponed, and the common goal remains only on the slides. Moderation helps structure the conversation and keep the group's focus on business objectives.

Evgeny Orlan is the founder of ForumPower, a center for launching and developing forum groups, and vice president of the business club Etalon. He has conducted over 1,500 hours of moderation using YPO technology and more than 100 forum retreats for groups, partner and strategy sessions.

Evgeny works on topics of strategy session moderation, leadership and management. He was a moderator and trainer at the Moderation Academy, co-author of the book Masters of Moderation, trained over 1,000 participants and prepared more than 300 moderators. He has also been in sales for over 20 years.

Moderation and facilitation of strategy and partner sessions, off-site retreats for owners and top managers, launching forum groups in clubs and companies, master classes and trainings are available. Evgeny works in Saint Petersburg, travels to other cities and conducts events online.
