Igor Ryzhkov is a strategy speaker, moderator of strategic sessions, and partner for management team development. Over 22 years in business, he has led divisions within Gazprom and Russian Railways structures, including merging 14 legal divisions into a single department. He founded the Integral Club of Leaders.

The audience will learn how to formulate and implement strategy, delegate without fear, develop leadership, manage change, and strengthen corporate culture. The programs also include HR topics, team interaction, and a workshop 'AI to Help the Team'. Moderation of a strategic session, facilitation, a master class, and a presentation are possible.

Igor works with owners, top executives, managers and HR directors. Conducts 1–2 day strategic sessions, team mini-sessions on strategy implementation and online events.
