Polina Pozdnyakova is a lawyer and expert in environmental law, compliance, sustainable development, and ESG. For eight years, she has supported large and medium-sized business projects, trained employees in interacting with regulatory authorities, and participated in legislative work.

Polina graduated from the Faculty of Law of St. Petersburg State University and the Master's program in Compliance at HSE University, interned at Freie Universität Berlin and the University of Cambridge. In 2022–2026, she taught at HSE University — Saint Petersburg and ITMO University, where she delivered courses on environmental and climate law.
