About the speaker

The owner of a medical business often remains chief physician, administrator, and manager all at once. As a result, operational tasks never let go, management decisions get postponed, and the clinic's growth depends on personal involvement. Natalia Dmitrieva helps sort out delegation, hiring executives, and developing medical products.

Natalia Dmitrieva is a physician, Candidate of Medical Sciences, and healthcare organizer since 2002. Since 2010, she has been developing the Albatros network of medical centers in Saint Petersburg. She is a resident of the Business Consilium project, co-author of the Management Residency program for clinic managers, and author of courses on medical business metrics and reputation.

During the presentation, participants discuss leadership and management in medicine and pharma, hiring top managers, transferring operational tasks, the owner's exit from daily management, and creating medical products. The format can be structured as a report or a master class based on the practice of managing a network of medical centers.

Natalia speaks in St. Petersburg, travels to other cities, and hosts online events. She can be invited to a conference, forum, strategy session, corporate training, or off-site team event. Venues include the Business Consilium conference in Kazan.
