About the speaker

Difficult negotiations often break down not because of the terms, but because of emotions, concessions and a misjudgment of the counterpart. When time is short and the agreement matters to the business, a negotiator needs not rehearsed phrases but an understanding of the psychology of the process and of their own behavior.

Vera Danilochkina is a psychologist of negotiations and business diplomacy, Candidate of Psychological Sciences with a dissertation on negotiation psychology, MBA. She founded and heads the Institute of Negotiation and Communication Psychology, teaches at Moscow State University and the MGIMO business school, is an ICF coach and co-author of the textbook “ESG Transformation and Business Diplomacy”.

During the presentation, participants discuss how to become a successful negotiator, determine their psychological profile, and use it in complex agreements. The program includes speed negotiations, emotional intelligence, the psychology of concessions, and case analysis in a TED-talk format.

Vera works with executives and company teams: delivers presentations, master classes, trainings, and negotiation coaching, and supports complex business relationships. She performs in Moscow, travels to other cities, and conducts online events, including business forums and corporate training.
