Culinary Studio Clever

Culinary studio Clever is not a banquet hall in the usual sense, but a living space where people cook, taste, and celebrate at the same time. The atmosphere here is warm and informal: instead of a stage and rows of chairs, there are work stations, fresh ingredients, and chefs who involve guests in the process. The 4-meter ceiling height and total area of 115 m² create a sense of airiness, while the studio format encourages people to meet and work as a team rather than sit in their own corners.

The space easily adapts to different scenarios: banquet seating is designed for 40 people, while the venue accommodates up to 100 guests in total — convenient for both an intimate dinner and a large party. Equipment includes a flipchart and air conditioning, a microwave and a refrigerator, so there’s space both for giving a presentation and storing food. You can opt for turnkey organization, and making noise here is allowed even after 23:00 — a rare freedom for an urban venue.

For corporate events, the studio is great for its flexibility: culinary team building, a banquet, a conference with coffee breaks, or a party are all appropriate here. Food can be arranged in any way — light snacks, catering, or cooking yourself right on site. Alcohol can be brought with you, for example by ordering a mobile bar. Guests won’t have to look for the entrance in back alleys, and the studio format itself removes formality: people are busy doing things rather than bored at tables.
