Luis Loft — Teylor

The “Taylor” hall at Luis Loft is a calm, cozy space with a modern interior and well-thought-out geometry. Two windows with roller blinds give soft daylight, and a powerful air conditioner saves the day even in the hottest weather. There is no bustle or excess pomp here: the setting suits focused work or unhurried conversation, and good soundproofing keeps you from being distracted by neighbors.

The hall area is 65 square meters with 4-meter ceilings. With banquet seating it holds up to 90 guests, and for conferences, seminars and training formats the space easily adapts to the task. The equipment includes a flipchart, air conditioning, a fridge and the option to organize the event turnkey. There is a separate dressing room, which is handy if the program includes performances or filming.

The hall suits corporate events universally: you can hold a conference, presentation, workshop, banquet or an intimate party here. The kitchen offers light snacks and catering; alcohol is not allowed on site — the atmosphere stays business-like or friendly, but without excess noise. Entrance and parking are organized so guests don't waste time searching, and soundproofing makes the hall comfortable even for events with microphones and music.
