Hotel "40th Meridian Yacht Club" — "Admiralty" Hall

"Admiralsky" is a conference hall at the 40th Meridian Yacht Club hotel, on the bank of the Oka River in the Moscow region. It is a calm spot with water and greenery outside the window: no city bustle, and an atmosphere that sets a business mood without office stuffiness. The 100-square-meter hall is neither cramped nor echoing, so guests are not squeezed together.

The layout is designed for a maximum of 90 people, and in banquet format all 90 are seated at tables. The equipment is simple and practical: a flipchart for diagrams and notes, and air conditioning so you do not depend on the weather outside. We take on the organization completely, from the script to guests' departure, so you will not need to look for contractors.

Different formats suit it: a conference or seminar by day, a banquet and party in the evening, and the hall is easily rearranged for the task. Kitchen and service include catering and banquets on the hotel grounds, with transfer, music and an entertainment program also handled by the local team. Noise is not a problem: the venue is standalone, with no office center neighbors. Entrance and parking are at the hotel, so guests get there easily and don't hunt for a spot by the road.
