SOKSPACE — Astrid Loft with balconies on Dmitrovskaya

Astrid space on Dmitrovskaya is a bright hall with an area of 154 square meters with balconies, located in the Gaudi Hall mansion. Here you feel spaciousness and thoughtfulness: soft modular sofas, bar stools and armchairs create a relaxed atmosphere, while large windows and neon lighting add character. The atmosphere is suitable for both a noisy party and a business meeting — it all depends on how you arrange the furniture.

The venue accommodates up to 50 guests at banquet tables and up to 70 people at a buffet. The hall has a convenient bar counter with a sink, refrigerator and microwave, dishes and cutlery for 70 people, a projector with a screen, two acoustic systems, a mixer, radio microphones and a laptop. For speakers, a flipchart is provided, air conditioning works, and the lighting is arranged so that photos and videos turn out well. A separate plus is a dressing room and the possibility to make noise after 23:00.

It's convenient for hosting corporate events, banquets, conferences, and parties: you can order catering or cook yourself, and bring your own alcohol. Guests will appreciate the free parking and separate entrance, while organizers will value the turnkey event option.
