SOKSPACE — Prestigious Mavi Loft on Ordynka

A prestigious mansion on Ordynka — a venue with character: deep blue, salmon accents, tall windows and a sense of freedom. There is no museum stuffiness here — on the contrary, the atmosphere invites bold ideas, loud laughter and a party until morning. A separate entrance and reception add solidity, while the sofas, bar counter and stage set the right rhythm.

A 178 sq. m hall with 3.5 m ceilings accommodates up to 60 guests with banquet seating. Everything for a comfortable evening is available: 12 soft sofas, bar stools, coffee tables, a refrigerator, a microwave, dishes and glasses for 60 people, two restrooms. For the business part — a flipchart and air conditioning, for a vibrant one — lighting for photo and video, a stage and active Behringer sound with a mixer. You can even make noise after 11:00 PM.

The format is easy to choose: a corporate party, banquet, conference, party or birthday. You can order food from catering or bring your own, alcohol too, with no corkage fee. There is a bar zone with a water point, a cloakroom and space for a photo zone. A separate entrance lets guests come and go without crossing paths with others. Parking and a smoking area on the ground floor settle everyday trifles so they don't distract from the main thing.
