SOKSPACE — Loft Flou

"Loft Flow" at the SOKSPACE venue is a spacious hall of 154 square meters with the character of a city bar and a club at once. The atmosphere is more relaxed and evening-like: soft light, neon backlighting, a bar counter and comfortable sofas let guests feel free rather than sit stiffly at attention. 2.8-meter ceilings and thoughtful zoning make the space cozy but not cramped.

The hall is flexible in capacity: banquet seating up to 45 people, buffet up to 60. The equipment includes everything needed for an event of any kind: a projector with screen, active speakers, a mixer, two wireless microphones, a laptop, party lights and Wi-Fi. A special plus is karaoke, already included in the rental along with the equipment. There are a flipchart and air conditioning, and the bar area has a refrigerator, a microwave and a sink, so drinks and snacks can be handled right on site.

Everything here is convenient for a corporate party: noise is allowed after 23:00, the entrance causes no hassle, and food is arranged via catering or guests bring their own, with no corkage fee. Formats range from a banquet and presentation to a karaoke party and an informal get-together with colleagues. Turnkey organization saves you needless fuss, while separate restrooms and a smoking area on the ground floor add comfort.
