SOKSPACE — Rassvet Loft with summer terrace

The first floor of an old mansion at SOKSPACE is the Rassvet hall with a summer veranda, where the surreal graphics of Piero Fornasetti coexist with antique harmony and theatrical props. The space breathes art: whimsical details, sofas, a bar counter and soft light create an atmosphere where you want to stay until late.

An area of 120 square meters with 4.5-meter ceilings easily accommodates up to 50 guests — both in banquet format and at tables. There is everything for music and light: acoustics, light music, a projector with a large screen, a mixer. Equipment includes a flipchart, air conditioning, a microwave and a refrigerator. A separate pride is the veranda with barbecue.

It's convenient to hold corporate events, conferences, parties, and banquets here: the kitchen works through catering, and you can bring your own alcohol — no corkage fee. Noise is allowed after 23:00, so dancing and karaoke won't wake the neighbors. Guests will appreciate the street entrance and parking, while organizers will like that everything is included in the equipment.
