SOKSPACE — My First Loft with a Gorgeous Terrace

The SOKSPACE space with the "Moi pervyi" hall is a warm and inspiring place where urban interior combines with a large open veranda. Inside, an atmosphere of coziness prevails: soft modular sofas, bar stools and dimmed light create the feeling that you have come to visit friends, not to an official hall. In summer, the party easily moves outdoors — to the sounds of clinking glasses and barbecue.

The hall area is 270 square meters, with ceilings 2.8 meters high. Banquet seating accommodates 60 people, and the cocktail reception holds up to 70 guests. Equipment includes a projector with a screen, TV, flipchart, air conditioning, and lighting for photo and video shooting. A separate pride is the equipped bar counter with a refrigerator and microwave, as well as a veranda with its own bar area.

Such a venue is perfect for a corporate event, banquet, conference, or noisy party: you can make noise after 23:00, and the entrance is convenient for guests. Catering organizes meals, but you can bring food and alcohol yourself. There is parking, and turnkey organization will save you extra hassle.
