About the venue

ArtLoft Brusnitsyn is an intimate space of 110 square meters in a former industrial building, where brick and high four-meter ceilings coexist with soft sofas and warm light. The atmosphere here is more friendly than pompous: guests move freely between zones rather than sitting primly at one table.

The space is divided into three parts: a welcome area with a bar counter and sofas for greeting guests, a separate kitchen, and the main hall with six large tables seating 30. A banquet can comfortably accommodate up to 30 people here, and the venue can hold up to 50 guests in total. There is a TV with internet and HDMI, a portable speaker, two microphones, and a flipchart — enough for both a presentation and karaoke.

The format suits a wide variety: corporate event, banquet, conference, party, or informal team gathering. You can use the kitchen yourself — cook or heat up food — or order catering or bring drinks with you; alcohol is also your own. After 23:00, noise is allowed here, so no one will interrupt the dancing and toasts.
