ARTLOFT — On Krasnogo Tekstilshchika

ARTLOFT on Krasnogo Tekstilshchika is a bright space on the third floor in the very center of St. Petersburg, where high four-meter ceilings and panoramic windows create a feeling of air and freedom. Here there is no feeling of a stuffy hall: brick walls, wood and soft light make the atmosphere warm and lived-in, and guests feel more like they are visiting friends than at an official reception.

The venue covers 132 square meters and can easily be transformed for different scenarios. Banquet tables can seat up to 55 people; a buffet or standing party can host up to 70 guests. The hall has a bar counter, a separate cloakroom and a full kitchen area with a refrigerator, microwave, kettle and coffee machine. For business meetings, a flip chart and a projector with speakers and microphones are provided, and you can even make noise here after 23:00 — a rare freedom for the city center.

The venue’s format is universal: it is equally suitable for a conference, banquet, company birthday or loud party. There is complete freedom with food — you can bring your own caterer, order a restaurant menu or cook everything yourself in the local kitchen. Alcohol is also unrestricted: a bartender works or guests bring their own. The elevator access is convenient for catering, there is guarded parking in the courtyard, and the entrance does not create extra noise for neighbors — you can celebrate late into the night.
