About the venue

The Blue Hall (1+2+3) is the combined part of the large Blue Hall in the Cosmos Saint Petersburg Pribaltiyskaya hotel. It is a four-star congress hotel on Vasilievsky Island, by the Gulf of Finland, with halls for events of any size.

The area is 871 m², capacity from 240 to 650 people. The space is assembled from three halls: two of 215 m² and a central one of 440 m², with movable soundproof partitions between them. The partitions can be moved aside for a plenary session and closed again for breakout sessions. The hall has air conditioning, Wi-Fi, a projector, plasma panels, a sound reinforcement system, microphones and a lectern.

Format — conferences for several hundred participants with sections, presentations, exhibitions, banquets and corporate parties. The Blue Hall foyer suits registration and coffee breaks. The kitchen and banquet service work in the same hotel, guests stay in its rooms, and you can arrive by car to the hotel parking.
