Quarenghi Palace — Pelican Hall

The Pelican Hall in the Quarenghi Palace is a grand space in the very center of St. Petersburg, where the atmosphere is set by high eight-meter ceilings, blue walls, two rows of columns, and authentic parquet. The main detail is the ceiling molding with pelican silhouettes, which gave the hall its name. Once upon a time, balls and social receptions were held here; today, the restored hall retains a sense of restrained elegance and solemnity.

An area of 204 square meters allows up to 200 guests to be seated at banquet tables. The space transforms easily: soft sofas and armchairs or classic chairs are arranged for a specific scenario. There is a flipchart, TV, lighting for photo and video shoots, a dressing room, reception and refrigerator. Organization can be taken turnkey, and making noise here is allowed even after 23:00 — a rare freedom for the city center.

The hall format is equally convenient for banquets, conferences, parties and celebrations. Dining is flexible: a bar with a bartender operates, catering is available, you can order from the restaurant menu or bring your own — with a corkage fee for alcohol. Guests can easily get there: the venue is next to Kazan Cathedral, within walking distance of Nevsky Prospekt and Admiralteyskaya.
