About the venue

Fursa Loft is right on the shore of the Gulf of Finland, in Sevkabel Port on Vasilievsky Island. It is a spacious 320 sq. m hall with an industrial character: brickwork, large windows and a panorama of the bay with the cable-stayed bridge. The atmosphere is free and scenic — guests keep going to the windows to catch a shot.

Inside there is a stage, bar counter, podium and reception area, so the space easily divides for different tasks. Up to 190 people can comfortably sit at banquet tables, and theater seating accommodates 200 guests. As for equipment — lighting for photo and video, refrigerator, the ability to organize everything turnkey. You can make noise even after 23:00, and hookahs are also available here.

The venue is well suited for corporate parties, banquets, conferences and celebrations. Catering is flexible: there is a bar with a bartender, and you can order from the menu, bring in a caterer or bring your own alcohol and food. For guests arriving by car there is secure parking nearby, and the entrance works well for an organized flow of participants.
