About the venue

Studio 42 is located on the third floor of a historic cable factory at Sevkabel Port. It is a 370-square-meter brick space with windows overlooking the sea and the WHSD bridge. Drawn curtains instantly turn the hall into a closed venue for private presentations, while open ones fill it with light and air. The atmosphere is completed by a small library of books on architecture, design and urbanism.

The hall easily transforms for different needs: banquet seating for up to 150 guests, presentations, lectures and buffets for up to 300 people. There is a stage, air conditioning, and lighting for photo and video shooting. Ceilings are 3 meters. Turnkey organization is available, along with cleaning, security, catering, stand building and equipment rental.

The venue is suitable for conferences, presentations, parties, and banquets. After 23:00, you can make noise here, which is rare for city halls. You are allowed to bring your own food and alcohol — convenient if you want to order from your favorite caterer. The grounds include a pedestrian embankment with a view of the Gulf of Finland.
