About the venue

Conference hall 1+2 is one of seven halls with panoramic windows in the three-level conference area of Hilton St. Petersburg ExpoForum. The four-star hotel is located on the territory of ExpoForum on Peterburgskoye shosse, not far from Pulkovo and Pushkin.

The hall is formed by combining two adjacent halls of 60 m² each and, when combined, occupies 120 m² (7.5 × 16 m). It accommodates up to 120 people theater-style, 50 classroom-style, 44 U-shape, a banquet for 70 guests, and a reception for 130. Large windows let in daylight, and if participants need to be divided into groups, a mobile partition divides it back into two halls. The same format is on the third floor — Hall 5+6.

The hall is suitable for seminars, trainings, press conferences, and business lunches, especially during exhibitions at ExpoForum. The hotel's kitchen prepares menus for events, guests stay in one of 234 rooms, a free shuttle runs to Moskovskaya metro station and the airport, and the hotel has free secure parking.
