Nord Loft & Depo Loft — Arsenal Loft

Arsenal Loft is a spacious 240-square-meter venue in the city center, on Komsomola Street. First floor, separate entrance from the street, no basements or semi-basements. Inside — the atmosphere of an open hall with a bar counter, dance floor and lounge areas: it’s easy to breathe here, and light and sound can be adjusted to the mood of the evening.

The venue comfortably accommodates up to 130 guests, banquet seating — up to 125 people. The hall has everything for events: professional sound and lighting, a DJ booth, a wide-format screen, karaoke, hookahs, board games. Three restrooms and a cloakroom eliminate queues and fuss. We can handle the organization turnkey — from furniture arrangement to technical support.

A wide variety of formats will suit: corporate event, banquet, conference, party or birthday. You can make noise around the clock — neighbors won't interfere. Catering is flexible: your own catering, restaurant or cafe menu, light snacks, you can bring your own food. A bartender at the bar and the option to bring your own alcohol. There is a microwave and refrigerator, parking nearby, and 10–15 minutes from metro pl. Lenina.
