About the venue

The conference hall at the "Loft on Gorkovskaya" venue is a 55 square meter space, a three-minute walk from the metro. The interior is in a modern loft style: brick, exposed utilities, lots of air. At the same time the hall looks collected and businesslike, without excess decor — nothing distracts from work and presentations.

The hall is designed for 50 people with banquet seating, and for business formats — conferences, seminars, trainings, lectures and strategy sessions — there is plenty of room. Equipment includes a flipchart, air conditioning and a refrigerator, and you can organize your event turnkey. Catering is flexible: order from a restaurant or cafe menu, bring your own catering, or bring food with you. You may also bring your own alcohol.

The venue suits corporate events of any scale — from daytime conferences and networking to evening banquets and parties. Guests won't have to look for parking or make several transfers: the metro is nearby. The hall is not a walk-through, there are no outsiders, and noise is not an issue. And the option to bring your own food and drinks noticeably simplifies budget and logistics.
