SOLIST LOFT

Solist Loft is a compact space of 100 square meters with its own character: high four-meter ceilings, a bar counter, several lighting scenarios, and a separate entrance on the ground floor. There are no neighbors to disturb, so music can play until morning — a rare freedom for a city venue.

The banquet format accommodates 28 people: 22 seats at the main table, six more at the bar, plus lounge areas. For a buffet or a standing party, the venue easily holds up to 50 guests. The rental already includes a projector with a screen, three wireless microphones, sound equipment with subwoofers and a mixer, a light and music system, karaoke, two air conditioners, tableware for 25–30 people, and an administrator who assists throughout the evening.

The venue is well suited for a corporate event, a conference, or an informal party — thanks to the kitchen, the matter is resolved flexibly: you can order catering or bring food and drinks yourself, and a bartender with ice and hookahs will add to the atmosphere. Guests will appreciate the free on-site parking and two restrooms, while organizers will appreciate the opportunity to arrange a turnkey event, including a host, DJ, and photography.
