Frigate «Blagodat» — restaurant on the water

Blagodat is a restaurant in a reconstruction of a historic sailing frigate launched in 1799. The ship stands at Petrovskaya Embankment next to Troitsky Bridge, with the Neva and the city centre visible from the windows. It is open all year round.

For banquets across three decks there are two halls. “Empire” is designed for 250 guests: velvet tones, a stage, lighting, sound and karaoke. “Summer Garden,” in light tones, hosts up to 80 people and overlooks central St. Petersburg. There are also à la carte halls on two decks and an open summer terrace. Banquet and buffet menus are created by the restaurant's chef, with Russian and European cuisine and a maritime touch.

The Fregat does not go out to sea; it is a restaurant by the pier. It suits a New Year corporate party, an awards ceremony or a big banquet with a stage program, when weather and navigation don't matter.
