About the venue

Zhemchug Loft is a spacious two-level space on Krasnogo Tekstilshchika Street with panoramic windows and a view of the Neva. There are no neighbors or strangers: a separate entrance, an elevator and a closed territory make it feel like the evening belongs only to you. High ceilings, large windows and soft light make the space airy, while cozy sofas and a lounge area on the second floor add the atmosphere of a house party.

The 100-square-meter venue easily adapts to different scenarios. Seated banquet format comfortably accommodates 28 guests, buffet format up to 40 people, and the maximum capacity is 50. Guests have two large banquet tables, a bar counter, karaoke and a light and music system. There is a refrigerator, a microwave and a shower, as well as the option to arrange hookahs.

This hall is perfect for a corporate event, birthday or friendly party. You can make noise around the clock — there are no neighbors, so karaoke and dancing won't disturb anyone. Bring your own alcohol with no corkage fee, and order food from a caterer or cook it yourself in the on-site kitchen. There is parking near the venue, and a separate entrance and elevator make arrival convenient in any season.
