About the venue

Brusnitsyn Loft is a new space in the Brusnitsyn Cultural Quarter, with panoramic windows and a view of the Gulf of Finland. The interior is bright and spacious: high ceilings, large windows, access to an open veranda. Around it is the picturesque infrastructure of the quarter, and inside there is enough air and light for guests to feel free.

The hall area is 204 sq. m, with 5.1 m ceilings. A banquet seats up to 60 people, a buffet up to 100, a concert up to 80. There is a welcome zone, a separate room for catering and a cloakroom for 70. The hall easily transforms for different formats — from negotiations to a party.

The venue suits corporate events, business meetings, trainings, lectures, film screenings and private celebrations. You can make noise after 23:00, and food and alcohol may be brought along. A separate entrance lets guests come in without crossing paths with other visitors to the block.
