Loft COM.NATA — Grand Hall on Baltiyskaya

The Grand Hall on Baltiyskaya is a space with character in the restored building of the Krasny Treugolnik factory. Industrial architecture here is combined with bright interior details that look great both in person and on camera — guests constantly take out their phones to capture the sequin photo zone or the stage. Four-meter ceilings, there is enough air even when the hall is packed to the brim.

The area is 130 square meters and can accommodate up to a hundred people. For a banquet, 80 guests can be comfortably seated; for a conference with theater seating, also 80, while the cocktail format is designed for 60. There is a full-fledged stage of three by two meters, 5 kW acoustics with a mixer and microphones, a Full HD projector with a screen, lighting for photo and video, a disco ball, a bar counter, and sofas for those who want to take a break. Air conditioning and ventilation save you in the heat, and a flipchart will come in handy if part of the program is business-oriented.

The format here is universal: from a corporate party and banquet to a conference and a noisy karaoke party. You can make noise even after midnight — neighbors won't interfere. Catering is flexible: our own catering works, but you can bring food and drinks with you, no corkage fee for alcohol, and a bartender is on site. There is a refrigerator and a microwave, three restrooms, turnkey organization — from the host and DJ to security.
