FOCUS PLACE — BAUHAUS

BAUHAUS at FOCUS PLACE is a bright space in a loft and photo studio format, where panoramic windows and five-meter ceilings create a sense of air and spaciousness. The interior is built on contrasts: one zone has a leather armchair, a large sofa, paintings and extra lamps; the other has a textured wall in emerald-turquoise tones and an expressive lighting accent. Total area — 110 square meters.

The hall easily transforms for different scenarios: banquet seating holds up to 80 guests, and up to 100 people fit comfortably in total. The equipment includes a flipchart, air conditioning, professional lighting for photo and video, music equipment, a microwave, a refrigerator and even a shower. A separate green room lets you prepare calmly for a shoot or a performance, while soft sofas and lounge areas add a relaxed atmosphere.

The venue suits lively parties, business conferences and banquets alike: noise is allowed after 23:00, and the event can truly be organized turnkey. Food is flexible: order from a restaurant or cafe menu, use catering, or bring your own food and drinks. Getting there is easy: there is street parking on Gazovaya Street and a guarded lot by the elevator that leads straight to the studio.
