About the venue

Ferdinand Prime is a spacious 200-square-meter hall in a historic late 19th-century building. Here, antique brick and arched ceilings coexist with contemporary art, while panoramic windows overlook the urban courtyard of a former factory. Ceiling height is 4 meters, so it feels airy even at full capacity.

The space transforms easily: banquet seating for up to 70 people, and the hall hosts up to 120 guests in total. There is a stage, a bar counter, sofas and a separate entrance. Equipment includes a flipchart, fridge, microwave, and full sound and lighting equipment with a large screen. The organizers take on events turnkey.

The format can be anything: a corporate party, conference, presentation, party, or karaoke night. The kitchen is flexible — catering works, or you can bring your own. A bartender at the bar and the option to bring your own alcohol. Noise is allowed after 23:00, parking is available, and a separate entrance lets guests avoid crossing paths with other visitors to the building.
