Polygon EVENT — Classic

"Classic" is a 180-square-meter hall in the Polygon EVENT space. Sky-high ceilings of nearly five and a half meters, large windows, soft sofas and a separate street entrance create the feel of a free, bright room where a business meeting and a lively party are equally at home. The atmosphere is premium rather than pompous: the space easily adapts to the mood of the event.

With banquet seating the hall accommodates up to 80 guests, and up to 120 in buffet format. There is a flipchart, lighting for photo and video shooting, a refrigerator and a microwave, and a dressing room nearby, which is handy if artists or a host perform at the venue. You can take the organization turnkey: the team handles the concept, decor, equipment, catering and day-of coordination. If you wish, the space can be booked entirely or by individual halls.

The format suits a corporate event, banquet, conference, presentation or party. Food and drinks are flexible here: you can bring your own, order from the restaurant menu or hire catering, and if needed, cook yourselves in the on-site kitchen. A bartender is on hand, and corkage is available. Noise is allowed after 23:00, so an evening celebration will not disturb anyone. Guests arriving by car have parking, and a separate entrance lets them come in without crossing paths with other events.
