About the venue

The LOFT conference hall at Vertical Hotels is a 102-square-meter space where modern design meets business functionality. It is easy to breathe and work here: the carefully planned geometry of the room lets you transform it for different tasks, and the atmosphere encourages productive conversation and the exchange of ideas.

The hall holds up to 120 guests: 120 in theater style, 96 at round tables, 115 for a reception, 50 in classroom style, and U-shaped seating is comfortable for 25 participants. Equipment includes an LED screen, backup plasma panels, Turbosound speakers, a mixer, wireless microphones, a laptop and a clicker. There is a flipchart and air conditioning, and after 23:00 you can make noise without restrictions.

The venue is suitable for banquets, conferences, presentations, strategy sessions, trainings and parties. Catering is flexible: restaurant menu, light snacks, catering or your own food. The bar is open, with a bartender behind the counter, and you may bring your own alcohol. Guests are welcomed by a reception desk, and the team takes care of the organization turnkey — all you have to do is enjoy the event.
