Lahta Plaza — Lahta Plaza conference hall

The conference hall at Lahta Plaza is a bright 70-square-meter space with four-meter ceilings and large windows overlooking the city. It doesn't feel like a cramped meeting room: there is enough air and natural light even with full seating, and the atmosphere is conducive to calm work and business conversation.

The hall is set up for 80 guests at banquet seating, and other formats are available for conferences and seminars. Equipment includes a flipchart and air conditioning; on request they will provide a projector, screen, microphones and acoustics, and an IT specialist will help connect everything. Catering is flexible: order from the restaurant or cafe menu, use catering, and for groups of up to 30 a set menu can be arranged, for larger companies — a buffet. The bar is open; a corkage fee applies.

The venue is convenient for conferences, meetings, lectures, seminars, as well as corporate banquets and gala dinners. Street noise won't disturb guests, entry is simple, and there is parking on the hotel grounds. The kitchen covers coffee breaks, full lunches and evening events — all in one place, with no transfers between locations.
