About the venue

Not Bad Loft on Kurlyandskaya is a spacious hall of 140 square meters with four-meter ceilings and panoramic windows. The interior is in an eco style: plenty of light, sofas, a bar counter and a stage create a relaxed atmosphere in which both a business discussion and a lively party feel equally at home.

The space easily transforms for different needs: banquet seating is for 30 guests, a buffet holds up to 80 people, and for a concert or party up to 100 attendees can be accommodated. The equipment includes a flipchart and air conditioning, there is a microwave and refrigerator, and on request they organize turnkey events: bartender, host, DJ, photographer, decor and extra lighting and sound.

The venue is perfect for a corporate party, conference, birthday, or presentation. Catering can be ordered on-site or you can bring your own food, the bartender works at the venue, and guests are welcome to bring their own alcohol. Noise is allowed even after 11:00 PM, parking is available in the courtyard, and the entrance is convenient for guests with equipment and props.
